Ahmed Musa set to return to Kano Pillars

According to a news report by ACL Sports, the Super Eagles captain, Ahmed Musa is set to return to Kano Pillars, in the Nigerian Professional Football League.

Musa, 28, who has been out of a football club since October 2020 after he was released by Saudi Arabian club, Al Nassr will now join Kano Pillars on a flexible short-term deal while he awaits offers from any of the European football clubs.

Musa spent three years with Kano Pillars at the start of his career before joining his first European club, VVV -Venlo.

At the beginning of this year, Musa’s expected move to West Brom crashed over financial issues.
