PDP OYHA Candidate, Waheed Akintayo Celebrates Makinde’s Aide, Ige, Alao Malaika on their birthday

Candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) for Oluyole State House of Assembly constituency, Hon. Waheed Akintayo (Ilumoka presenter) has sent hearty felicitations to the duo of Hon. Akeem Ademola Ige, Special Adviser to Oyo State Governor on Culture and Tourism and ace Fuji musician, Alhaji Sule Alao Malaika on the occasion of their birthday anniversaries today.

In a congratulatory messages personally issued and made available to journalists, Ilumoka presenter who described Hon. Ige as a grassroot politician, said the celebrant has used his positions in public offices to serve the people judiciously and made tremendous impact in the lives of numerous individuals.

He added that Hon. Ige who had once served as council chairman, state lawmaker, senior special assistant, and now an adviser to the present administration under the able leadership of Governor Seyi Makinde, noted that Hon. Ige has a remarkable and credible record of simplicity, and humility in public service.

According to him, “for Hon. Akeem Ademola Ige, the Baameto Aare Ona Kakanfo of Yorubaland, I am proud to call him my mentor, adviser and brother. I have learnt a lot from his wealth of experience as a grassroot politician who has never for once disconnected himself from his people and I am proud to associate myself with such a unique person.

Also, my dear brother, Alhaji Sulaiman Alao Adekunle Malaika who is celebrating his landmark 50 years birthday today is a humble and respected music icon who has over the years, made an indelible mark in the lives of the people especially his fans through his musical career.

As they celebrate their birthday today, I can only pray that they will live long to celebrate more in sound health. I wish them most remarkable birthday and renewed vigour to continue to serve their state, nation and humanity meritoriously.”
