Turkey, it has been revealed, is the next destination for Super Eagles skipper, Ahmed Musa.

According to reports from Istanbul, the Kano Pillars FC player has agreed to join Fatih Karagumruk FC.

The club is also based in bustling Istanbul but has yet to win any major trophy.

The report further said he will arrive in Turkey in the coming days to complete the transfer.

The former Leicester City forward will sign as a free agent after playing for the past six months with NPFL side, Kano Pillars, where he provided an assist in nine appearances.

Ahmed Musa was previously linked with four different European clubs including Galatasaray and Fernabache.

Fatih Karagumruk FC was founded in 1926 and the side currently plays in the Süper Lig, after being promoted from the TFF First League in the 2019–2020 season. The team defied the odds of many, finishing 8th in the Süper Lig.

Ahmed Musa has played 98 times for Nigeria, scoring 15 goals.
