The Executive Chairman of Ido Local Government Area of Oyo State, Hon. Sheriff Aderemi Adeojo on today flagged-off the rehabilitation of Oloro Road along Ido town road.
While performing the flag-off ceremony, Hon Adeojo said the rehabilitation of the road is in line with the Sustainable Development Agenda of Governor Seyi Makinde led administration.
He noted that when completed, the road will ease the movement of farm produce to major markets in the council and other parts of the State.
The Council boss assured the people of Ido Local Government that he remains committed to providing succour to residents at the grassroot.
In their remarks, the community leaders lauded Hon Sheriff Adeojo for the bold steps he has taken to fix the dilapidated road.
They assured him of their maximum support in next year’s local government elections and promised to vote for and ensure his return to consolidate on his first term achievements.
