Alabi takes over from Odumosu

A new Commissioner of Police, Abiodun Alabi, has been appointed to take over from Assistant Inspector General of Police Hakeem Odumosu as the Lagos police boss.

Odumosu was recently promoted to the rank of AIG and with the promotion, he was expected to be redeployed from the Lagos State command as the CP.

Rulers World however gathered that Alabi, who was until his latest appointment the Bauchi State Commissioner of Police, would take over from Odumosu by next week.
