Africa in difficult groups as World Cup foes emerge

The draws for the FIFA World Cup 2022 holding in Qatar has been released.

Africa, represented by Senegal, Cameroun, Tunisia, Ghana and Morocco have been drawn in difficult but surmountable groups.

Senegal are in Group A alongside hosts Qatar, Ecuador and the Netherlands.

Tunisia are in Group D with former champions France, Denmark and any of Peru/Australia and UAE.

Morocco are in Group F with super powers Belgium and Croatia as well as Canada who are making the world cup for the first time since 1986.

Cameroun found themselves in a monster group with eternal favourites Brazil, European giants Serbia and Switzerland.

The last but not the least is Ghana in Group H with Portugal, Uruguay and South Korea.

The FIFA World Cup comes up in Qatar between November and December 2022.
