Super Eagles Supporters Club Bags Best Supporters Club in Nigeria Award

It was yet again a befitting end to a glorious outing for the Super Eagles Supporters Club as a milestone award was bestowed on the club following the conclusion of the Africa U-20 Championship in Egypt over the weekend.

The Nigeria Embassy in Egypt, after a painstaking research and intelligence gathering, declared the Super Eagles Supporters Club as the Best Supporters Club in Nigeria.

Turning out in colourful and remarkable green and white attire, the men and women members of the club sang and danced their way into reckoning all through the championship often defying the weather on chilly nights for the love of the game and fatherland.

The Best Supporters Club Award was received on behalf of the club by the leader of delegation, Alhaji Musiliu Alao Jimoh who thanked the Nigerian Ambassador to Egypt, H.E, Nura Abba Rimi and the rest of the Embassy staff for the recognition while assuring that the best of SESC as a Nigerian football and other sports supporters group is yet to be seen.

Other awardees on the night were Flying Eagles Coach Ladan Bosso and other NFF staff like Ali Cairo and Kayode Arewa.
