Ripples CEO Celebrates Ilaji Boss @ 54

The awards winning Chief Executive Officer of Ripples Catering and Events, Eunice Olaseeke Adeoye paid a surprise visit to the Chairman/Group Managing Director, Ilaji Group of Companies and Chief Executive Officer, Ilaji Hotels and Resorts, Akanran, Ibadan, Engineer Dotun Sanusi, on the occasion of his 54th birthday celebration yesterday.

The event started around 8.30am at the celebrant’s hotel in Ilaji. Among the entourage that accompanied the Ripples boss include the brigade’s band and the famous Ijala singer, Sakirat Adenike Balogun popularly called, Apinke Ajobata.

Eunice Olaseeke Adeoye in her congratulatory message to the celebrant, lauded him for his continual support to Ripples Catering and Events as the patron of the organisation.

Ripples boss noted that age comes with new challenges and greater responsibilities. Therefore, she prayed to God Almighty to continually grant Engineer Sanusi “unending mercy, wellness, prosperity, wisdom, knowledge, and understanding”.

She however, thanked Sanusi for his constant support to humanity, urging other well meaning Nigerians to emulate the spirit of magnanimity of the Ilaji boss for the society to become a good place to live in.

Engineer Sanusi’ who responded through the Chief Operating Officer, Ilaji Hotel and Resort, Prince Adesina Araoye, thanked Adeoye for celebrating his boss, stating that his boss did not celebrate as he mourns his friend, Major General Muraina who died recently.

He however appreciated the kind gesture of the Ripples boss for giving him a surprise birthday visit.

From hotel, the visitors followed the celebrant to the field, where his wife, Deaconess Sanusi presented trophy to the winners to end the special people sports competition held at Ilaji Resort.

From Ilaji Resort, they also followed the celebrant to commission the school he built for the less privileged, ” Network For Inclusion of People With Special Needs (NIPSN), located at Ariori Village, behind Anglican Grammar School, Ojebode, Akanran Road in Ibadan.

What really amazed guests at the occasion was the humility the celebrant put up with all his wealth, as he led all his guests that came to celebrate with him to the school in a tricycle (Keke napep) for the unveiling.

At the venue, the opening prayer was said by one of celebrant’s friend, Abib Olatoye while cutting of the cake was performed by his wife Mrs Olatoye.

Apinke Ajobata, Final Call Brigade Band and Irawo Ede all did wonderfully well to entertain guests present at the occasion.

Funmi Ilesanmi and Omo Ologo compered the event.
