A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in Kwara, Akogun Iyiola Oyedepo has congratulated Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq ofKwara on his emergence as the Chairman of the Nigeria Governors Forum (NGF).
Oyedepo, a lawyer is the Chairman of Governing Council, Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti.
Oyedepo, in a statement titled; “Double major victories within 90 days” on Monday in Ilorin said his tenure as NGF chairman would be unique and outstanding in the annals of history of the forum.
The statement reads in part; “In the governorship election of 11th March, Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq emerged victorious.
The outcome of that election which remains unchallenged even by we that were then in the opposition remains a confirmation of AA as the choice of the people of Kwara State.
“On Thursday the 24th of May, Governor Abdurrahman AbdulRazaq emerged as the Chairman of Nigeria Governors Forum (NGF). It is now double victories in less than 90 days.
I therefore say a big congratulation to His Excellency and wish him a tenure that will be uniquely outstanding in the annals of the history of NGF. Once more congratulations”
