The newly elected chairman of Bebeji Local Government Council in Kano State, Ali Namadi is dead.
According to the Campaign Director, Ibrahim Adamu Tiga who confirmed the development on Tuesday morning, at about 12.30 am on Tuesday morning, the blood pressure of Namadi increased and he was rushed to Bebeji General hospital where he died less than 10 minutes after arrival.
He said, “Alhaji Ali Namadi was hale and hearty on Monday and was receiving guests till 10.30 pm; he was hypertensive.”

He noted that the deceased funeral prayers would be observed by 11.00 am today in Bebeji town.
The late Namadi was elected under the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC) in the just concluded council elections in Kano on Saturday, January 16, 2021.
