MAAUF Congratulates Katibi, Commends Purpose-Driven Leadership of GAA


The Moro Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq Unity Forum (MAAUF) has congratulated one of its own, Honourable Abdulmumini Katibi on his recent appointment as Board Member of the Petroleum Training Institute, Efurum in Delta State.

In a statement signed by its leader and Elder statesman, Chief Stephen Wole Oke, the Forum described Katibi’s appointment as well-deserved following his track record as a hardworking, focused, patriotic and loyal partyman.

Chief Wole Oke who is also the Jagunmolu of Shao remarked that such a Federal appointment has not come to Moro in a long while and expressed confidence in the ability and experience of Honourable Katibi to render quality service in his new appointment having served creditably as one- time member of Kwara State House of Assembly and as former Honourable Commissioner in the State.

Chief Wole Oke, himself a former State legislator, commended Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq for facilitating Katibi’s appointment adding that the Governor’s purpose-driven leadership has continued to bring positive developments to Kwara State.

While thanking the Governor on behalf of the good people of Moro, Chief Wole Oke pleaded for more of such Federal and State appointments for deserving Moro indegines.

He assured the Governor that giant strides have been taken in ensuring a united APC in Moro Local government while pledging the Party’s total support and allegiance to the Governor’s people-oriented leadership and his quest for a developed, progressive, economically buoyant and peaceful Kwara State.
