The Speaker of the Kwara State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Engr. Yakubu Danladi-Salihu, has joined friends and family to celebrate the birthday of Hon. Rukayat Motunrayo Shittu, representing Owode/Onire state constituency in the Tenth Assembly.
