Insecurity: Buhari has failed Nigerians —Stanley Olajide

The lawmaker representing Ibadan Southwest and Ibadan Northwest federal constituency at the House of Representatives, Hon. Adedeji Stanley Olajide, popularly called Odidiomo has condemned in totality, the poor handling of security issues in the country.

He called on the president, Muhammadu Buhari to urgently declare a state of emergency on security with the alarming rate of attacks and kidnappings across the country.

Hon Olajide stated this while speaking with Rulers World during a courtesy visit to the newly elected Southwest chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Ambassador Taofeek Oladejo Arapaja in Ibadan, in his Felele residence, recently.

Olajide stated that the President Mohamadu Buhari led administration has failed the entire people of the country, stating that the entire country is presently in disarray which calls for urgent actions to ensure that the level of insecurity in the country is drastically reduced.

“Nigerians can no longer sleep with their two eyes closed, while prices of goods have suddenly jacked up and not affordable for members of the public.”

Olajide disclosed that the entire citizenry is fed up of all the unfulfilled promises of the APC government, stating that the people has lost the confidence they reposed on the Buhari led government.

He expressed his dismay over Buhari’s neglect of actions that is expected to tackle the insecurity that is prevailing in the country.

Olajide also stated that it was obvious that the All Progressives Congress (APC) lacked the required experience to fix the problems of the country, especially the worrisome level of insecurity.
